American Idol Psycho Cyber Stalker Tanya Maree Quattrocchi

Tanya Maree Quattrocchi of Australia was sentenced to over two years in prison with parole eligibility after one year in May of 2009 for stalking former American Idol contestant Diana DeGarmo. According to court documents Quattrocchi sent DeGarmo over 500 text messages and called her over 300 times in a three month period. She even hacked into DeGarmo's MySpace account over 700 times and intercepted several private messages intended for DeGarmo. She also impersonated DeGarmo's mother in attempts to contact the singer.

Diana DeGarmo was the 2004 American Idol runner up loosing to Fantasia Barrino by a 2% margin of the vote.
