I was on twitter and stumbled upon these two pages on twitter. Basically all they do is talk about how African-Americans are sub-human beings and use racial slurs such as the word Ni**er. Personally I thought it was very disrespectful and I was unsure if these type of situations were classified as cyber-bullying, because they Retweet specific people's pictures and tweets and basically use the racial slur mentioned above.
I am not sure which city and state these people live in.
