Did you get the email about the service provider? It had detailed information.

Also, if this white space is the result of trying to embed a video while viewing it on a channel (ex: http://youtube.com/username) that won't work. You need the actual permalink URL of the video itself. Just click on the name of the video on the screen while you are watching it and it should redirect you to the page. Then you just need to copy and paste that URL.
