Felicity Jane Lowde Stalked a July 7th Bombing Survivor

Felicity Jane Lowde of Jackson Road in Cutteslowe, Oxford, UK was arrested for harassing Rachel North with disturbing blog posts. North was a survivor of the July 7, 2005 suicide bombing attack on London subways and buses by members of Al-Qaida. Lowde had been posting messages attacking North online accusing her of profiting off the people who died in the attacks.

This arrest cam a week after another victim named Daniel Hart came forward saying that she had harassed him for 15 months after he did graphic design work for her. Both victims described Lowde's behavior as disturbing.
