Flannery Mullins is the blonde girl arrested with five others for harassing Phoebe Prince before she killed herself. The charges include stalking and civil rights violations for intimidating the now dead girl to such an extent that she feared to go places where she had every right to go. The bullying incidents included a combination of text messaging and posts on the social networking site Facebook plus face to face confrontations.
The motive for Flannery Mullins appeared to be jealousy because she accused the victim of stealing her boyfriend. If that's true it probably happened because Phoebe was better looking than Flannery.
