Kayla Narey really should have known better because as the oldest of the four mean girls who tormented Phoebe Prince she is the only one being tried as an adult. As a result she will most likely get a harsher sentence if convicted of harassment and civil rights violations. The bullying primarily took place at school, but also spread to Facebook in three months of relentless harassment that didn't end until the victim made sure nobody could bother her anymore.
