1). Question: Hi my name is Lauren--Ques for Rich-Was your stalker arrogant or just mentally wacked out or both?
ANSWER: THANK YOU FOR YOUR QUESTION. I THINK IT'S BEEN ESTABLISHED THAT MOST CYBER STALKERS ARE MENTALLY UNBALANCED OTHERWISE THEY WOULD UTILIZE THEIR TIME DOING SOMETHING CONSTRUCTIVE. AN EXAMPLE- IS MY COLLEAGUE PAT, WHO'S NOT HERE TONIGHT, I KNOW HE SHARED A LOT WITH ME ABOUT HIS STALKER DARREN AMBLER. I MUST SAY FROM WHAT I HEARD AND LEARNED ABOUT THIS GUY, AMBLER IS AN EXTREME CASE. MENTALLY SCREWED UP, RECLUSIVE, ARROGANT, AND JUST A LOW LIFE. THIS DUDE IS MENTAL AND IT APPEARS HE WASN'T BRED OR RAISED VERY WELL. MY STALKER HAD SIMILAR TRAITS MINUS THE SEX AND PORNOGRAPHY OBSESSION THIS DARREN AMBLER APPEARS TO HAVE.
2). Question: Hi I m Brett a Law student from Rutgers. Thank you guys for all you do. Legislation is underway to toughen Cyber laws even more. My ques? Once your cyberbullying case was over, do you know what became of your harasser? Thank you. Feedback from both speakers is fine.
ANSWER: (Rich)-HE SERVED HIS JAIL TIME. I WAS NOTIFIED UPON HIS RELEASE BUT I HAVE NO KNOWLEDGE ABOUT WHERE HE IS OR WHAT HE IS DOING.
ANSWER: (Mike)-SAME HERE- HE SERVED HIS PUNISHMENT, PAID HIS FINE AND I KNOW NOTHING ELSE.
3). Question: From Joan-Do you have to hire your own attorneys when trying to build a cyberstalking case?
ANSWER: (Rich)-YOU CAN TRY TO GET ASSISTANCE FROM YOUR COUNTY PROSECUTOR. HOWEVER-THEY ARE USUALLY UNDERSTAFFED AND BOMBARDED WITH CASES. GIVE IT A TRY.
Question: Todd from PA-Either speaker can reply. Does it piss you off that your deranged stalker attempted to disrupt your life and the lives of your family with his insane bullshit games?
ANSWER (Mike)-YES, BUT YOU JUST HAVE TO BE GRATEFUL THE STALKER WAS PUNISHED AND THEN YOU MOVE ON. PROLONGED ANGER JUST EATS YOU UP INSIDE. YOU ALMOST HAVE TO PITY A CYBERBULLY BECAUSE THEY ARE SO SICK AND MIXED UP. I DOUBT THEY HAVE A PEACEFUL MOMENT.
4). Hi Jim here / do the Judges order psychiatric treatment in addition, to jail for cyberstalkers?
ANSWER (Rich)- They give the offenders an initial evaluation. However, I am not sure if psychiatric therapy is ordered after release.
