Michael Raymond Parker was shot while trespassing on a neighbor's property in violation of a restraining order and arrested on an outstanding cyberstalking warrant. The neighbor was not charged because police say that he was justified in shooting Parker because of the restraining order. The cyberstalking charge was based on several threatening e-mails he had sent to the victim.
