Sometimes just looking at someone's mugshot makes you think they're weirdo. That is the case with Michael Shawn McGuire of Cedar Rapids, Iowa. This guy was arrested in December of 2019 after a series of incident in which he is accused of harassing someone online and in person.
McGuire allegedly sent nude pictures of the victim to that person's family members using social media including Facebook. He is believed to own multiple social networking accounts presumably under aliases.
McGuire is also accused of travelling to Minnesota at least twice to stalk the person in person. He is accused of posting signs in the person's yard containing their contact information and sexually explicit messages.
