One Dirty Sanchez Accused of Child Porn Extortion
One Dirty Sanchez Accused of Child Porn Extortion
Report #: 4439
Date Reported: Wednesday, November 6, 2019
Status: Past Incident
Severity: Low - Private Harassment
Primary Weapon: Text Messaging
Specific Location: Koreatown and MDC LA
City/Local Area: Los Angeles
State/Territory: California
Region: United States

The feds in Los Angeles recently charged a man named Francisco Sanchez from Koreatown for threatening to kill himself if underage girls did not send him naked pictures of themselves. Even when one girl warned him that he would be charged with child porn his response was "so what" and he told her that if he were charged she would be famous.

The charges against Sanchez include distributing child porn and cyberstalking, but his behavior really sounds more like private harassment because he does not appear to have tried to really locate or truly stalk the victims. That does not make him any less of a weirdo, but perhaps less of a stalker in the eyes of the general public.

This website uses a different cyberstalking definition than law enforcement because law enforcement tends to lump all person to person computer crimes into the cyberstalking statutes whether or not the behavior involves stalking in the true sense of the word. In this case this weirdo extortionist will probably get what he deserves whether he really is a stalker or not.

While committing his crimes he was known to use the alias Eddie Nash. We could not locate a mugshot for him on account of the news not publishing one, the feds not being in the practice of listing mugshots of inmates in federal facilities including MDC LA, and there being too many Francisco Sanchez's in the LA county jail to even try and figure out if any of them is this dirty Sanchez.
