Portland Police Bureau Threatening Protesters

The Portland Police Bureau is actively using Twitter as a platform for threatening peaceful protester outside the so called "Justice Center" in downtown Portland. Today alone they Tweeted stuff like:

"People in the group are throwing projectiles over the fence. Do not tamper with or cut the fence. Do not throw projectiles over the fence. If you do, you will be subject to arrest and use of force, to include crowd control munitions."

Tweets like that have one purpose. To intimidate peaceful protesters.
