Convicted sex offender Allen Y. Mathes was arrested on cyberstalking charges after admitting to making disturbing phone calls to a woman in Louisiana. Mathes had obtained the woman's unlisted number somehow and started making lewd sexual advances towards her every time she answered the phone.
Mathes was also charged with failing to register as a sex offender when moving into the area. Mathes was previously convicted in Atoka, Tennessee on charges of sexual battery.
