British model Lady Victoria Hervey filed a sworn police complaint after receiving text messages from Sam Lutfi. Not much is known about the content of the messages other than they were unwanted and described as "scary". Hervey thinks he was using her to get close to her friend Lindsay Lohan who he had once sent a harassing message to.
Lutfi is best known as Britney Spears former manager back when she went nuts and fired him. He is now banned from Britney due to an restraining order and is currently seeking new clients.
